WHEN DID THE ISSUE BEGIN?

HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR ELECTRICAL PANEL FOR ANY TRIPPED BREAKERS?

You should look for a breaker that is slightly offset to the others, indicating it’s in a tripped position.

CAN YOU IDENTIFY THE BREAKER THAT CONTROLS THAT AREA BASED ON THE LABELING ON YOUR PANEL?

Please turn the breaker all the way off and then back on.

HAVE YOU CHECKED ALL YOUR GFCI OUTLETS IN THE HOME? YOU WILL NEED TO PRESS THE TEST BUTTON ON THE OUTLET, FOLLOWED BY THE RESET BUTTON.

Before scheduling, please note that if our on-site electrician confirms that the issue is not related to our installation, a service fee will be charged. Any additional materials required to fix the issue will also be added to the service call. If the electrician confirms the issue is due to our installation, there will be no charge.

We will send you a contract that needs to be signed before we schedule the visit.
